Discovering talents is one thing but promoting them is something else. In order to provide talented newcomers in the fashion industry with access to the business, the Igedo Company participates in various support schemes.
Design on the Rhine is a creative contest sponsored by the Igedo Company. AMD Akademie Mode & Design (Fashion & Design Academy) Düsseldorf is our competent partner in this project. We promote independent, young designers from Europe who are able to offer and market a minimum of two collections per year.
The Düsseldorf-Moscow Axis of Fashion, created by the Igedo Company, promotes extraordinary presentations by designers from Moscow.
In this way, the Igedo Company affords young fashion design talents the opportunity
to present their collections at cpd and CPM – Collection Premiere Moscow before an interested audience.
The “Russian Silhouette Charity Foundation” was established in 1997. Its objective is to promote and support young Russian designer talents. The “Russian Silhouette Charity Foundation Award” competition is considered one of the largest-scale competitions for young Russian designers. It is held annually all over Russia.
The initiator and leader of the project is Tatjana Michalkova. Each winner is awarded a stand at cpd and CPM for one season.
