What is the minimum size of my trade fair stand?
Suggested minimum size is 9 sqm.

We don’t own a trade fair stand. Is it possible to rent one?
Yes, of course. In addition to the straight concept areas, Igedo Company also offers system stand rentals. You only need to bring your own collection and decorations. We take care of the rest. You may find prices and further information in the registration form area.

How many exhibitor IDs will we receive, and when are they sent out?
This depends on the size of your stand. Up to 20 m2, you will receive three IDs, and for each additional 10 m2, you will receive one additional ID. The IDs are mailed automatically after confirming your stand. If you require more IDs, you may order them, subject to additional fees, using the form attached to the registration forms. Exhibitor IDs are valid starting on the first trade fair day at 8:00 am.

What exactly is the “AUMA Contribution“ that is charged for participation in the Igedo Fashion Fairs Düsseldorf?
The abbreviation AUMA stands for Ausstellungs- und Messeausschuss der deutschen Wirtschaft (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry). The contribution is used for AUMA marketing activities abroad on behalf of German trade fairs. The payments received are forwarded without deductions by Igedo Company. More information on this topic is available in our registration conditions (with the registration forms), under item 7, paragraph 2.

By when should registrations be submitted?
In order to get an optimal location, you should register for the spring trade fair by 15 October, and for the July event by 15 April.

What is the setup and takedown schedule?
Setup: In order to avoid bottlenecks, you may set up around the clock. This means specifically: From Wednesday 23 July 08, 7:30 am through Saturday 26 July 08, 10:00 pm. Decoration works may be carried out around the clock up to opening of the trade fair.
Takedown: You may take down around the clock. This means specifically: Tuesday, 29 July 08, 6:00 pm through Thursday 31 July 08, 2:00 pm. Important Note: On the last trade fair day, the delivery of empties by trade fair shipping services and access of the takedown vehicles to the exhibition grounds are allowed not earlier than 7:00 pm through gate 1. No access through the Messehochhaus entry, Stockumer Kirchstrasse (gate 2)!
