What is the minimum size that my trade fair stand should be?
The minimum size is 15 sqm.

Our company does not have its own trade fair stand. Would it be possible to rent a stand?
The Igedo Company offers concept stand as full package and half package, that are rented for the entire duration of the trade fair. You can infer the prices from the registration forms.

How many exhibitors passes will we receive? When will they be sent to us?
You will receive 3 passes in the case of a stand size of up to 20 sqm. You will receive an additional pass for each additional 10 sqm. The passes are sent out automatically after we have received the stand rent. If necessary you can order additional passes, which you would then have to pay for, using the form that is enclosed with the registration form. Exhibitors passes are valid from the first trade day, 8 am.

An "Auma charge" will be invoiced for the CPD Düsseldorf. What is this?
The abbreviation Auma stands for Ausstellungs- und Messeausschuss der deutschen Wirtschaft (exhibition and trade fair committee of the German trade and industry). The fee is for the Auma advertising abroad that is placed for German trade fairs. Please take a look at our conditions of participation (see registration forms), item 7, paragraph 2 with respect to this. The payments that are received will be forwarded by the Igedo Company without any deductions.

When is the closing date?
The closing date for the CPD Düsseldorf in spring is 15th October, the closing date for July is 15th April.

What are the construction and dismantling times?
Stand construction: It may be setup continuously (day and night).
Wednesday, 23.07.08 7.30 a.m. continuously until Saturday, 26.07.08 10.00 p.m.
(Decoration work continuously until opening of the fair)
Stand dismantling: It may be dismantled continuously (day and night).
Tuesday, 29.07.08, 6.00 p.m. continuously until Thursday, 31.07.08, 2.00 p.m.
Information:
On the last day of the fair the delivery of the empty containers by the forwarder agencies up from 6.00 p.m. and up from 7.00 p.m. cars and trucks used for dismantling will be directed to the fair via Gate 1. The gateway at the fair towers, Stockumer Kirchstraße (Gate 2) will be closed.
